AVL Manufacturing Inc. has a history of supporting students in a number of professional disciplines through CO-OP Programs. Co-operative education is a three-way partnership between AVL Manufacturing Inc., Colleges or Universities and individual students. Apprenticeships are a form of post-secondary training that teaches the skills and competencies necessary to perform tasks to an industry standard. Once the apprentice has completed the required hours and/or modules for the trade, the apprentice can write a certification exam.
